What size are the beds? The beds are Full Size XL Where / how late does the shuttle run?The shuttle starts running at 7:20AM until 6:30PM, from the community clubhouse to the Student Union on campus
Can I bring my cat or dog?Yes, we are pet friendly! You will need to register your pet with the leasing office. Fees may apply.
Do I have to move out for winter/summer break? You do not need to move out. You can stay in your apartment all year. Are utilities included? Everything except for electricity is included. Water is included with a $15 flat rate. Is parking free? Parking is $20 per year, with no assigned spots. What is “By the Bed Leasing”?Office Hours:

Saturday: 12PM-5PM
